As I start my career, I was thinking if there’s actually a difference between Deloitte S&O and Accenture Strategy. How do they compare to other firms like S&, EYP, L.E.K, Kearney, OW in terms of Exit opps. I know MBB’s are the best but it’s also a reach.
Anyone at LEK willing to chat? Looking at applying but would love to hear from someone beforehand.

When you apply for a job with a client, could they reveal that you’re doing that to your current firm? I’m sure the official policy is to protect privacy, but more concerned about client individuals who may have close relationships with partners/SMs at my firm and reveal something casually while interviews are still ongoing.
I recently interviewed for a job and they said they have more interviews and will let me know when the decision is made. It has been 2 weeks now. Is it safe to say they took a pass? Do you think it’s too soon to reach out and see what’s going on?
I have several interviews coming up over Zoom for a role at F500 healthcare company. The first meeting the hiring manager was in a polo and I was suit and tie. Should I keep that up or are people doing just a button down and jacket these days? Haven’t interviewed in a while and I was always a suit and tie person.
Just wasted 20 minutes trying to figure out how to update my job title on LinkedIn as a promotion instead of a new position. It still sent notification to my network as a new position instead of a promotion. How’s your evening going? 🙃
Supposed to hear back by EOW from a hiring manager about a position I’m deep in the interview process for. There should be an iPhone setting called “mute all notifications except the one I care about”

How much of Red Antler’s business is AOR (assuming they still do stuff for Casper, Allbirds, etc) vs stand-alone one-off project work?
Question about a couple of opportunities that I am considering. 1. A consulting company which is willing to pay me more than the second opportunity but work is going to be based out of Toronto. 2. An insurance company and position is based in Kitchener/Waterloo. Does the extra pay make up for the diff in cost of living between Toronto and KW? Also will higher taxes based on tax brackets offset any advantage? Fyi 200k consulting vs 150-155k insurance. Assume future potential as same. Suggestions?
Anyone interview with Quant hedge funds, what kind of interview questions do they ask for quant roles on the buy side? Any resources/pointers?
“Olivia Troye, who served as Pence's Homeland Security adviser and an adviser to the White House coronavirus task force, said in an ad released Thursday from Republican Voters Against Trump that Trump failed to keep Americans safe. "If the president had taken this virus seriously, or if he had actually made an effort to tell how serious it was, he would have slowed the virus spread, he would have saved lives," Troye said in the ad.” https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/516948-ex-pence-aide-throws-support-behind-biden-citing-trumps-virus
How to care less? I left my last position because I wore myself out. I cared too much about the work, was putting in crazy hours, and was usually angry because I felt surrounded by people who didn’t care enough. At a new role now, several months in, and I can see this happening all over again. Covid doesn’t help. Can’t have much of a life outside of work so I throw myself into work. I need help. I want less stress, I want to like my work and colleagues. What do I do?
Travelling to Cancun in mid Sept. Recommendations? It will just be me and my friend. 2 females. I have read there have been a lot of problems in Cancun and was curious about how people felt when they travelled there and vacationed there? Staying in an Airbnb in the Hotel Zone.

For those that have jumped from one big 4 to another, did your old firm ask you to leave immediately or did you do the typical 2 weeks? Hearing mixed reviews, so this may be an "it depends" answer🤦🏻
Is it just me or does this sounds like totally normal agency stuff? Who gives a freelancer an exit interview?
8th interview with a company I really like. They say they're going to give me an "intense case" and I'm worried. Ugh. I'm too out of practice on this whole interviewing thing.
Very young professional here - what is the etiquette for interviewing for jobs during the work day? Every place I look only offers times during working hours. I’m not sure if this is just normal / the way it is - how should I maneuver things respectfully?
