I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. Kpmg is constantly, year round hiring for admins (high turnover I suppose) how is it that Deloitte EY and PWC never have any openings listed? Are you all just really great with retention?

A good portion of my work has now been allocated to the service delivery centre. While there are talks about optimizing my role, I cannot help but feel that I am being pushed out.
