Kpmg is constantly, year round hiring for admins (high turnover I suppose) how is it that Deloitte EY and PWC never have any openings listed? Are you all just really great with retention?

PwC doesn't replace EAs when they leave. They just distribute partners to whoever is left. Current ratio in office is 6 to 8 partners per EA.

All new partners get off-site assistant based in super low COL areas and they work from home. They pay them less than half of what they do competent, experienced admins in high cost areas.

I mean we do too (kind of) but by nature of the industry and size of the offices you’d think there would be a greater demand for admin staffing?
