Administrators Unite

I hear that admin work structure at PwC has become an unbearable sweat shop and its coming to KPMG. Can someone provide insight of what to expect?

Can't comment on what's coming to KPMG but can say that more and more admin work is allocated to service delivery centres.

The work that is left on the offices and not sent to delivery center is done by a small staff - i. e. Tax processing - so the hours are increased to get through that cycle and yes it’s like a sweat shop and then consider the fact that EAs and TAs at PwC are at the top of their salary bands and are not receiving salary increases or lump sum payments anymore and you basically have a sweat shop working for nothing! GET OUT now!
