Planning to go back to India for my H1B visa stamping (in New Delhi). Any potential risk of denial during stamping? My most recent H1B extension had an RFE that got cleared. Pretty nervous

Not sure if this is the right forum but - my H1B extension has been approved (just got to know today) but my driving license will expire soon. Can my license be renewed without the original extension petition? Or do I need to wait for the originals to come in. Trying to understand what do I need to carry to the DMV. Based in CA.
