Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

Hi, I need your advise… I see lots of jobs as a Manager and lots of people getting hired with great salaries not much skills, however when I apply in getting automatic rejected emails and interviews that go nowhere. I think I’m the interviews they think I am lying of all what I do and current responsibilities and high number of direct reports. How or where do you find a good teammate as a female junior creative? I come from quite an autonomous advertising study and most of the women there don't want to pursue a career in advertising. But when I try to or am teamed up with a guy, they've often already found another male creative.
