My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Late 30s couple, two kids. Have about $2.3M invested. I’m thinking $6-7M is the number for a comfortable retirement.

index is the way to go, how much did you guys put away per month during that time
I like physical possessions too much
Then you might be better served in big law
No kids and do not intend to have kids. Probably will live abroad for portions of retirement so goal is $4-5M as a couple, though obvs the number can be much lower if you spend most of your retirement abroad.

43 single income with wife and kids. Have about 2.25 M invested plus 1M in home equity. Hope to get to 5 M and retire.
31M/27F, married, invested assets are $1.58mm. I did biglaw for 6 years and just took an in-house job where comp isn’t significantly less than what I currently make. Hope to retire at 40-45 with $7.5mm
No, I have severe anxiety though and am targeting a 2% withdrawal rate (at about 5mm in today’s dollars). Perhaps over time I’ll chill out and be comfortable with whatever 4mm today is, inflation adjusted.
This, and we plan to have kids in the future.
