1. Can I apply for multiple positions? If yes, is the recruiter the same for all roles?
2. Some roles with already multiple candidates (20+) keep getting updated and promoted on LinkedIn. Does that mean none of the existing candidates are suitable or is it just that LinkedIn algorithm screwed up
3. I have around 20 YOE. If I apply for roles that require 7+ YOE, will that be held against me? Honest, realistic answers please. Thanks!

Can someone tell me how many days does it take for the initial screening to happen after applying.

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

Is it a red flag to interview with a potential new agency that I'd have to move to a different state for and they never give you a chance to ask any questions or fly you out to meet in person?

Need all opinions I can get. Interviewing at a place, and there are a few flags. (Details in 1st comment)

Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.

(1/2) Did she steal my work? I was a creative designer for an e-comm company last year. While I was there I hand drew a digital illustration for a package design assignment. They ended up repurposing it for a print on a dress. I haven’t added it to my portfolio yet, but I just came across my illustration on a portfolio. The girl who replaced me after I quit took my line work from the illustration and slapped their logo in the middle and put it on her portfolio as her work for the brand.

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all.
