Any HR, Hiring manager please help me with a query on how is workday application processed.

I had applied for a job but mistakenly submitted a wrong resume and instantly withdrew my application on workday. However, I have received interview call for that role and am very much interested in taking it up, I explained the HR about resume he said it's okay.
But since I had withdrawn the application, will the application process forward or get cancelled?

Moving to NYC from DC. I had planned to come up for a weekend or two to tour apartments. When would be the best time? I thought about a month ahead of needing to move - and then coming back a weekend or two later - would make sense. But I am seeing so many listings on StreetEasy that say the unit is available immediately. Any advice? I have a cat so trying to avoid moving into a temporary Airbnb in between to apartment hunt, as I’ve seen some people suggest.

Our 5 month old started daycare about 5 weeks ago. We’ve already had to keep her home for 2.5 of those 5 weeks due to catching various illnesses (croup, rsv, brinchiolitis, etc). Both my wife and I have been sick most of that time as well (gotten it from the baby). Wife is thinking we get a full time nanny for the next 4 months to help the baby build antibodies. Cost aside, is this feasible / worthwhile to go thru the effort / finding the right fit, only for 4 months?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
