Current Role - Audit Senior Current CTC (Recently Revised) - 10.8L Also if anyone can share what will the year end performance bonus would look like 😊

Help! My toddler doesn’t want to eat anything but cheese and fruit and peanut butter. We have been trying the “you provide, they decide” thing but her decision is to not eat. She’s always been small and doctor said we need to get her weight up. Any ideas or recipes? Getting desperate!

What are your thoughts on exiting to a Manager role at Accenture Strategy vs. DigitalBCG “project lead”? I eventually want to exit to a FAANG and do something around Business/Product Strategy or Product Management like most consultants 😂. I would say Business Strategy is probably more realistic with my work experience. I more than 5 years of experience and do not have an Ivy League MBA. Thanks in advance!

I want to start seeing a therapist because of COVID/work/life in general stress, but most therapists around my area are only available during “normal” business hours. What would be the best way to carve out this time, since I don’t really want to tell me leads exactly what I am doing, but also need to take care of my mental health.

What fitness trackers do you use? Work from home and I've gotten really sedentary. Think having a reminder to get my ass up and move around will help.

What's compensation like as an Private Equity Associate

Is it actually worth getting an MBA if you already work at a big 4?

If your team is looking to add another analyst to “take on workload” but your own workload has been minimal, is this writing on the wall for you to find exit ops? I’ve been a good performer, but since Covid started, I’ve had barely any work to do - even including the self starting projects I’ve worked on. This is in industry btw. Thx 🐠

Can you start your own business and then hire yourself on h1b?

WFH fish, how do you consume information during the day. I relied on info from my network in-person but now that I’m at home, I’ve found it hard to keep up with the what’s going on. Any advice?

Trump says he’s going to ban immigration to protect jobs. Anyone else think this will negatively affect the economy (that is already in downturn) in the coming months? Would like honest views.

I’m sending an email to female partner in a leadership position (never met) to set up a meeting to introduce myself. My plan is to send her a short email, giving some background about myself and let her know I want to connect to introduce myself. During the meeting, I plan to discuss my key projects, ask about her vision and how I can help her/which initiatives could participate. I’m up for Sr Mgr promotion and making a good impression is critical. Any tips? anything else I should prep?

Ok multi-part question for any level Consultants out there: 1. Not including travel time, how many hours/week do you work? 2. Do you feel there is good work life balance where you work? If so which firm? 3. Do you feel the salary you make is enough for the hours you put in or do you have days where you get fed up with the stress of this line of work?

Probably going to get lit up for this for being out of touch, but looking for perspective on comp. Just turned 27 and 5 YOE. Left a T2 several months ago making more money for a series A startup with base salary of $130k and options worth another $20k per year. Obviously knew leaving for a startup would likely mean lower comp than other exits, but now starting to feel like maybe I’m falling behind or set myself back. Thoughts?

Is anyone familiar with the APMM program? Can you share salary ranges or experiences?
