Hi sharks. I have recently joined a big 4 as SAP S/4 hana consultant in TRM module. (FSCM). I wanted to know how are the future prospects of consultants specializing in TRM module?

I'm currently a Solution Architect trying to get into Product Management and have over 11 years experience in Marketing Tech (Marketing Manager, Marketing Automation, and Digital). I cannot seem to break through, any advice?

Was 25 hours into R courses and realized most firm projects are done in Python. Recommend starting over with Python and sticking with that? Will it be too confusing to try to learn both at once?

M&A tax transfer to valuation - how possible is that type of move?

24 year old senior consultant in corporate tax, on track to become a manager next July. What is Redeployment pool in accenture operations?

I work no less than 10hrs/day and my boss just told me to put 8hrs in my time card for the client to see. Not sure if this is ok. Is this normal? Should I not do that?

Is there generally a penalty if you give your resignation while you’re out on short term disability or FMLA? My employee handbook doesn’t say anything and HR won’t give me any info. Does LTI pays 100% variable pay as part of the bonus?

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.

If you work 5 years in Big Law, go work at a company for 3 years, then return to Big Law, will you return as a 6th year associate or effectively be 9th year?

Is there any paralegals that receive cash bonuses? If so, how much? I have been working at this law firm for 2 years and only received $200 bonus and that was when I first got hired.

How the heck can I teach a kindergartener over the computer? It's all hands on in my class for the first couple of months. I have made and bought so many manipulatives but I can't send twenty home with the kiddos. When we do go back to in person learning they want to separate my kiddoes into two groups and I have to move between the two classes to teach. I'll be hauling my stuff on a cart to each class! I'm overwhelmed at the thought of all this.
