Heard mixes things abt EYGDS, largely bad.

Currently work in product dev company in data science.
Not exactly sure, how data science work is done in service based companies.

Question: can an employer legally withhold your personal possessions after you leave the firm? I left my old firm recently and they were not happy about me joining another consultancy. They are withholding any belongings that I left in the office and have ignored my emails asking to arrange a pick up or delivery of my personal items. Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
