Any one given interview on 25th May onsite with DBS ? I was told I will get offer in 3 days after , it's almost 10 days..I didn't get anything yet.

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

Please help me to decide which one of the below company should i join in tems of growth, job security and wib?

Had first round behavioral + a question of technical skillset in the interview for Insight Analyst Role in Financial Services EY.The Interview went well but when I emailed them asking the outcome after 4 days,they mailed me saying the manager gave good feedback but believes you are suited to another business area and will contact soon.
Does anybody know about this situation or have any experience in such situation.
