Sr. Digital Media Specialist here. Been with my agency for exactly 2 years now. I recently received a major elevation in responsibility, but the company “cannot afford to promote me at this time.” Basically I’m expected to operate as a manager without the title or compensation.
I’m burnt out and undervalued and am looking outward. My experience is in CPG eRetail search & display media, direct experience with Instacart, KPM, Criteo, Quotient, and CitrusAd. Any suggestions (fully remote)?

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.
