I've been at my current company for maybe and year and a half but I'm not sure if I'm good enough to leave yet. My manager always says I'm doing well and I got promoted from SE I to SE II a few months back. I'm not sure if it's imposter syndrome or not but I just don't feel confident about interviewing at other places

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Hello! just got an offer from Amazon for Global Product Marketing Manager for PAE (payments).
TC: $223k for 1st year (156k base, $64k sign on for 1st year and $50k for second year, with 46 shares - vesting 5% on 1st year anniversary, 15% on 2nd year and 20% every 6months on 3rd and 4th year).
I understand this is a L6 role and would like to understand where I am in the total comp range (from a %) and what is the max this role and level and pay (given that I understand next salary jump to L7. Tx!

Hello, I passed the loop and awaiting an offer (HR confirmed that I will receive the offer next week) for Solution Head (L7) in Texas area. Fully remote. Any guidance on what TC to expect? Also, verbally I was told that my performance review for comp change will happen only in 2024! - is this because of August timeline? Any help/guidance is appreciated.
