Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I used my companies employee assistance program for 5 sessions covered by the firm- matched me with a therapist in the area- who I know see regularly
It was COMPLETELY confidential
Thanks a lot! My firm has a similar program..
Doubt it'd impact employment. Being proactive about your mental health is nothing that is looked down upon. Lot of firms encourage to be open with personal stuff and have programs for mental well being. But finding a good therapist is really important. Having a bad therapist is much worse than having no therapist.
Thanks Deloitte 1! I am afraid I do not have the first clue about how to to go about looking for a therapist, and I have the same reservations - what if I end up with a bad therapist.
I’m really glad you’re asking!! Getting counseling has changed my life.
My recommendation:
1) decide if you want to afford out of network care and your budget. My two cents is that out of network/counselors that don’t accept insurance are higher quality, though my sample size is only 3 or 4. For Dallas, my counseling is $175/week. I have to lower my 401k contributions but it’s 110% worth it.
2) I found a group that was 4-5 counselors (not related to each other). This showed me that they respect each other enough to work together. Also they were onboarding a new doctor which tells me they’re successful enough to continue growing.
3) the group I found had 4 or 5 stars on google. Didn’t put in much weight on that but it was a nice stat
4) I didn’t think a out this beforehand, but they specialize in OCD, which was awesome because I realized/confirmed through counseling that I have a couple OCD areas that limit my joy. So having an expert as a partner on this journey has been great.
In summary: determine your budget, find a practice that is respected by the community, find an expert at whatever you’re struggling with if you have a. Hint.
Thanks you so much for such a detailed response. I really appreciate it! I agree with Guidehouse - extremely helpful. :)
If you dont mind a follow up question - did you use an app/website to find out of network therapists? I can afford it and I am open to it.

I used the Dr on Demand app. It takes a bunch of insurances and you do video calls.
Thanks for the tip!
Should not impact employment. It’s personal, just like any doctors appointment, and confidential.
I used teledoc to search initially (was looking for one I could speak with on the road) and then ZocDoc once I was more permanently in one city.
