I just got a new remote position starting July 5. I just got an email stating that they are having a company sponsored meet on July 5 and if interested they would fly me out to meet everyone. Honestly, I want to get acclimated into the company. I want to start working and meeting coworkers and dive into the culture. I just don't want to meet them my first day lol im an introvert... what can i say that wont sound bad? Reason why i wont be joining them this time but will the next time?

I love the company I work at but they are forcing everyone to return to office after two years working fully remote and the most successful eight quarters the company has had in years. My first switch. I got an offer from KPMG India. I accepted that and after that I got an offer from Deloitte India. I didn't show the offer to Deloitte. Deloitte is giving a bit more extra in fixed part like 50K. Now I want to join Deloitte. Don't want KPMG to match or give more. But as I accepted the offer already I am thinking what would be the impact in future if I think to join KPMG someday.
