Assuming you mean public speaking and not making slides. Join your local Toastmasters club. Everyone can use practice, even senior partners and senior elected officials.
Practice using the techniques prior to the presentation. Techniques include the natural pauses. Also, if you are able to, expand your arms out as you talk. It helps with projection. Focus on someone in the audience when you say a few words, then move to another person. It will appear as if you are addressing everyone in the room without making it uncomfortable by starting too long. Record yourself trying these different techniques and identify opportunities to make improvements. If it is virtual, I would focus on the speed of talking and use the natural breaks.

There’s a podcaster whose speaking style and mannerisms I really admire, so a mental thing I do is to “morph” into them when I’m presenting. It’s less weird than it sounds lol

Top down communication, find natural pauses, practice, practice, practice
It’s really easy. Just don’t suck.
Practise.
Find natural pauses as you talk. Pause after major points, just a couple of secpnds. That will reduce nerves if you have them and help you with the flow.
If someone asks a question, wait a few seconds before responding.
