Any tips for someone that just got promoted to a director position? I was a quality improvement coordinator for a large behavioral health facility and just got promoted to director of quality due to the current director i was working under retiring. Anytips for someone new to this level of management? I also am worried that being a younger director (24) may impact how others interact with me. Has anyone else experienced this?
