Ugh try to take one day at a time.
Specific things you can do:
Read, have a hot herbal tea, binge a Netflix show, play a game with your partner (let me know if you need a recommendation. My husband and I did this a lot).
Thanks all. I’m primarily trying not to freak out and stay away from thinking that every pain in my body is a sign of something bad. Still very early so… I will try to keep busy.
After having one and then being pregnant I just accepted my fears and talked myself through it. Every pregnancy is different and there is unfortunately nothing you can do.. I know that might not seem helpful but it helped me. Currently 33 weeks with my ivf baby after MMC. It gets better, just know that!!!
