My offer is for the Nashville team but even the Weehawken numbers help me some. TIA. The geographical discrepancy in comp between the two so far from what I gather is surprising and is much more than the delta for a “tier 1” vs “tier 3” city at my current firm. I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.

I’m wondering how much influence the first manager has since I’m not sure what he’s writing
