I have been an HR assistant for 2 years in the public sector 80% staffing 20% recruiting, I want to break out into the private sector and have 5+ interviews but never seen grab there attention. 5-6months back some 3rd party HR applied in Accenture CN for me and since then status is showing on hold. What does this even means and will I not be able to apply for the same or other role again untill this on hold status goes away.
