Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

When do I begin adjusting? It’s been 4 months. I joined as an associate and I feel like sometimes my work is sloppy or I’m overwhelmed. I’ve gotten feedback that I’m making progress but that sounds fake. I’ve also gotten feedback that my work is sometimes sloppy. The last report I helped write had a ton of write ups on it. Are there any Teaching Permit for Statutory Leave (TPSL) substitute teachers? If so how did you get into it? I’m covering a position that should really be covered by someone who has one and will not be able to cover the whole assignment. As it is, I am in a weird loophole. The main teacher is in 3 days a week and her co-teacher 2 days a week. Both are out so I am covering techinically 2 different teachers and thus doing 30 days for each of them. Any advice for how to transport wine during a move (1,000 miles driving)? There’s only about 15 bottles i actually care about from my collection - I’ll probably end up just drinking the other 30 by the time we move.
