What will be the annual hike/increment at Bny Mellon,Pune for Senior QA and Test Analyst position and will a professional whois joining in the month of November be considered for the annual appraisal in the appraisal cycle?
Could anyone advice on this?

Is it good to join TCS or should I wait for couple of more years, cause of there re-hire policy.

I am looking for Scrum Master opportunity and have been selected in Deloitte and EY

However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package
Eg- Deloitte is offering 15LPA for a 7.5yrs exp Scrum Master

Been feeling very low for a very long time. Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids.
