Hi Guys,
I had referred my friend in CTS, who joined in Feb 2022 & will complete 3 months (active payroll) on 15-May-2022. I received a mail confirming my referral acceptance.
Meanwhile, I have handed in my papers & am serving my notice period with my LWD being 23-May-2022. In this case, will I receive the referral bonus?

the recurring income from your book is minimal for any advising role at Fidelity.
Curious, what do you mean by hampster wheel with the FC roles? Being held to targets? I’m currently at Fidelity and trying to figure out which direction I want to go within the company as well.
You never get to slow down. Most of the time people want to be wealth advisors because of the long term success and being able to work “when you want” and just service your clients with no more pressure to sell. You won’t have that as an FC as you will always be expected to sell and close new clients and come in to office on a set schedule not set by you. You can’t just build a book and sit on that book playing defense.
Comp is going to land you between 2-300k by my understanding once you are ready into if if you are doing a good job. Probably started around 150k or so. Large portion of this is through the internal shares program.
It’s not as much of a hamster wheel.
Nice, is there recurring revenue?
Typically an annual allocation of shares
a VP/FC you'll typically have a book around 300-500 clients WP you'll have around 150-200. You're strictly building off of referrals from your advisors. Base pay is nice, you get an annual bonus, and shares. There is certainly more upside in the VPFC role compared to WP. But your assumption is correct, less hamster wheel feels.
