Clearly competition is taking advantage here to spread rumors… if you work at RB then you should already be aware about the major wins and fantastic projects that are coming in.. Key people leaving ..yes.. affecting morale.. yes.. affecting the business…clearly not!
Crying already
Like many other firms in the region, there has been an impact from the slowdown. The firm is doing much better and focused on key priorities. There is clarity from the leadership team, and an important note here is that large organizations do not go bust when people leave. They rally the troops, pivot, and march on. All the best with your prospects.
No one under the level of Partner can give you clarity on situation at RB. The current mess (or not) is beyond the pay grade of 99% of RB representation here. Even many partners would be at loss to explain what direction RB will be taking and how much of it will be left by January.
Agree with RB11 also curious to hear your perspective
C1 - I’d love to know where you heard this and why you think this is true. You’re either some rando from competition spreading rumors or some disgruntled ex or soon to be ex-employee.
RB has never managed a breakthrough outside Germany Netherlands and France. Period.
I think you should speak to HR to voice your questions.
Seriously ? Speak to HR and ask if digital and sustainability will be there by January ?

there will be no RB in the ME by the next year

Rest in Beace
Honestly this year has been brutal, we shaved half almost half of our office and dramatically cut back on our travel benefits, putting us significantly behind the rest of the T2, which is unfortunate considering the caliber of projects we were getting back in 2023. Things are starting to pick up, but I can't blame you for going elsewhere where the travel policy and benefits are better.
Happy to
