Got bumped to Senior Marketing Manager at $78K. Market rate? $95-110K. My agency hands out “Senior” and “Lead” titles instead of raises.
Friend just started as Marketing Manager (no “Senior”) at a tech company—$102K base.
Are fancy titles the new raise? What’s your title vs. salary gap?

Got few questions regarding LTI and business analyst role. 1:Does anyone have any idea how many rounds are normally conducted for LTI business analyst interview. 2.How how many days they take normally to release offer. 3. How much should i expect /ask for 4.8 yoe for business analyst role.

I think I just screwed up on a call with a recruiter. He asked what my salary expectations were and I wasn’t thinking. I threw out a number that is about what I’m making now including my bonus.

I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. Should I have been told I get a bonus when I signed on or are they typically a surprise?
