Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Honestly have been ruminating for months about how much I hate it here. I'm on a small project with someone who is my same level and they're both passive aggressive and just a very poor communicator. We're supporting a HEAVY slate of c-suite execs with competing priorities who cannot even agree on how they want things reported to them (some demand granular details while others feel that even the barest details are "extraneous"). I can't make anyone happy and I cannot find one cinnamon toast fluff to give about this project or these people or their politics. I am either severely under stimulates (so I procrastinate) or I am overwhelmed with competing demands that leaders won't help me prioritize. Time to ramp up the exit plan and gtfoh.
Yep. I actually wonder if I dislike my job and company because of my adhd or if it’s really boring 😂 there are a few topics that interest me more than my current project but overall I get bored quickly

I switch between things I “want to do” every like 30min after I get board of it quickly and find something else that momentarily spikes my interest like a crazy person
