POTS is a very common post-covid complication. People reading this: if you don’t want a heart condition, it’s worth taking steps to avoid Covid. (To the trolls who will report this comment, I encourage you to look it up for yourselves.)
Really appreciate this comment as someone who was immunocompromised BEFORE COVID and still masks.
Im Autistic-Adhd and take propranolol daily. It helps a ton with tachycardia, which i have as a side effect of other health conditions. My HR stays below 100 now even with stress and moderate exercise, i used to sit in meetings and literally watch my HR skyrocket when things got too tense. They can be helpful with anxiety, although I found actual anxiety meds to be far more helpful and currently I use both.
This is super helpful. Really stuck on what my med options are with so many diagnoses at once, so thank you!
Yes yes, propranolol. It's a God send, highly recommend
I have GAD and BB made presenting much much easier.
Ooh that miny panic attack is very relatable. Glad to hear it helps so much!

I’m ADHD and it has worked wonders when I need it on occasion!
They help, I’ve been using them for years. At this point I don’t really need them anymore. Experience helps.
I can’t present when I combine bb with anxiety meds. I lose my edge.
Wow, I fear I have too much edge all the time
