Anyone else suddenly hate their job after a re-org?
Three months ago I loved my work. New leadership restructured our team, gave me a manager who doesn't get content marketing, and moved my best projects to another department. Same salary, worse role, zero input in the decision.
Now I'm polishing my resume while doing the "engagement" song and dance in team meetings.
How long did you stay after a re-org killed your job satisfaction?

Manager at Cap Invent (Consulting). Deloitte Consulting offering same grade with 13% increase in base salary with TC (bonus incl.) getting to around 95k.
