I haven’t gotten a promotion since starting the company (Gangnam style, I wanna be a billionaire era). Some of my peers have been promoted to director & vp, others have been downsized since the pandemic. I like my team, but I feel like I’m allowing mgmt to take financial advantage of me. By now, is the only way to get paid my worth to jump ship?

I am a PMHNP and have been doing telehealth for a little over a year. When I started I was doing 1 hr DA and 30-minute follow-ups. Now I am being told to do 15-minute follow-ups so I can pack more people in. I already do 2-3 DA a day with 9-12 follow-ups.Not happy

It's been 4month with the team with no manager. I recently joined the organization and the team I am part of is headed by a lead and one analyst.
So being a new member as Sr.Data Analyst I sometimes have to report to analyst. Considering the fact that he has been part of the team for past 1 year and sometimes he sounds like lead as he is leading some project.
On other hand my manager is continuously asking me take lead in project and try to reduce dependency on that analyst.
