Anyone else work for an independent financial advisor in a 2-person firm? I started new in the industry 5 yrs ago when my advisor was at a big clearing house. He went independent a year later, I went with him. I'm curious about others like me, whether my experience is similar, and whether I am being compensated fairly. I'm in a small town so there's not a lot of others to compare salaries with. $65K a year salary, $500 cash bonus, $8K profit sharing.

Iqvia - 21Fixed + 1L joining bonus
Pwc - 22Fixed + 1L joining bonus
Virtusa - 21.5 Fixed + 1L joining bonus

YOE - 5.2Yrs.

In this IQVIA is product based and I heard wlb is good. Thought of joining there but they are not going beyond 21F.
Whereas I can even negotiate with virtusa or accionlabs to increase the package further. What can I do now?
