Hi fishes, I have got two offers, one from AMD, base pay of 17.3lkhs, RSU $24000(vested over 4years) and sign on bonus of 4.1 lakhs.
Other is from samsung base pay of 21.5lkhs, sign on bonus of 8 lkhs. Which is better?
