I’m a PM at a Solar racking company. Been there 1.5 years. Been a PM and civil engineer for 7 years. Prior to that, I have 7 YOE as a graphic designer. So 14 YOE combined.

Do Juniors actually get to do creative things? Or do we always get the backend of everything? I feel like I’m always getting handed boring work even when I ask to do something different and more exciting.

Friday thoughts on Strengths vs weaknesses: I have been told that I am solid in quant, but need development on the creative side of things - brainstorming, strategic frameworks, maybe even writing.

If this situation can be improved, what should I do? books or videos or exercises? This doesn't seem easy to tackle at all...
