I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

No level of status will help you if you buy that fare. Avoid Basic Economy.
Basic economy is never a good idea. I wouldn’t touch it on a international flight
I flew EWR✈️FRA on UA Basic Economy. I just paid the $20 extra to pick a window seat. Totally worth it, and much less than the regular economy ticket.
I guess I was wondering would they assign you a preferred seat or a regular seat if there are plenty of seats available on the flight
I was reading a blog and they said they were placed in premium economy. It’s just luck and what is available.
I’m pretty sure silver status let’s you get premium economy 24 hours before the flight and it’s not normally hard to get one of those seats on such big planes, but I don’t think they will automatically place you in one.
Also, I flew regular economy for 25 years before consulting, it’s not going to kill you, I promise.
So with basic economy fares you don’t get those options of picking seats even 24 hours prior to checkin they just assign them to you. I’m not concerned about being in standard seating just don’t want to be in middle seat.
