What is the work from the office policy of EPAM? Do we get work from home?

Also currently I am mapped to Bengaluru. Since I have another office which is near to my home location, can I visit this office instead of Bengaluru or a formal change needs to be requested? How does it work in EPAM?

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.
