Anyone go from social/content to experiential creative? I'm feeling stressed about the learning curve. Coming from a copy/conceptual background, being promoted to manage ADs/CWs (and doing a few experiential stunts from larger campaigns) to now going straight into executions and spatial design...I feel major impostor syndrome. How much can I learn on the job?

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.
