Avoid the area immediately around the Duomo, it’s overpriced and not so good. The Navigli area has some great food and aperitivo. For a street food stop you should go by Panzerotti Luini which is near the Duomo - the tomato and mozzarella is the classic
Big list!
I loved obica and miscusi.
Look at bars under aperitivo”
Thanks
How about places to drink?
I absolutely agree about avoiding the area right around the Duomo for food—it's definitely overpriced and often disappointing. Navigli is a fantastic recommendation! The vibe there is amazing, and the food and aperitivo options are top-notch. Panzerotti Luini is a gem, though, and worth the visit for their classic tomato and mozzarella panzerotti.
If you're heading to Milan, you're in for a treat. For restaurants, you can't miss trying Trattoria Trippa. It's got this cozy vibe, and the food is fantastic. Their veal is to die for. Another gem is Paper Moon Giardino; it's perfect for a nice dinner, and their pasta dishes are super tasty.
When it comes to hotels, I highly recommend Hotel Spadari al Duomo. It's in the heart of Milan, close to the cathedral, and the service is top-notch. Hotel Principe di Savoia is an excellent choice if you prefer something more luxurious. The rooms are beautiful, and they have a fantastic spa.
