Have a routine and incorporate breaks into that. Then make sure you stick to it. Work when you should be working, break when you should be breaking! Whether you feel like it or not. It well help you regulate yourself.

I like a routine. That’s what I usually do throughout the day.

Lately, it has been pretty hard. With the holidays coming up I keep thinking about everything that I have to do. It's going to be tough getting through December.

Sorry to hear that. You just have to stick it out and know that it will get better.

Sometimes I just have to turn the notifications off on my phone. It helps me to get through my to do list and ultimately be more productive.

That’s me too some days. I have my focus mode on so that I don’t get disturbed because sometimes I’m easily distracted or someone is always calling me and pulling me in different directions.

I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.

It’s very discouraging to continuously receive these rejection emails. With 9 years of supply chain experience, I am not sure why I would not be able to at least get an interview for entry level roles that require no experience. Not just this one pictured but others as well. I’ve applied to maybe 60 positions since May, both mid level and “entry” and no interviews. I’ve had my resume professionally re-written twice. Not sure where the disconnect is. Anyone else going through this same thing?
