They want me to submit independent expert letters from people who can talk about the significance of my work to the Financial & Management field and US interest, from non-familiar persons. Interested in eventually exiting into wellness tech.... what are the best consulting firms to start at?

It seems like every time I log into LinkedIn the people who are “starting new positions” are people who already had jobs in the first place. I’m honestly ready to just give up. Unemployed for 8 months bc of covid layoff. Like what’s the point when companies see me as less valuable than those that already have jobs. How do you guys hold up? I said it was fine, but the more I think about it the less I’m open to relocating. I now have an offer from them, is there anyway to negotiate no relocation? They are remote until mid year 2021.
