Just look for one of the clubfitters on golf digest’s site. You will want them to look at your swing and bend it based on the analysis
Ordered my clubs 4 degrees upright after getting fitted. Nearly any golf store that does repairs like reshafting and regripping can make these changes. If you have a Golf Galaxy or PGA Tour Superstore they can get you squared away. Probably about $2-4 per club to have the changes made.
Never had clubs bent or personally fitted. Do they make that big of a difference?
Getting fit for clubs made a huge difference for me. I don't play enough to maintain a handicap and never practice, but managed to lower my average by about 8 strokes after being fit. I now consistently shoot low 90's, occasionally in the mid 80's, and flirt with breaking into the 70's about once a year or so.
Well I just got fit for some AP2s but I don’t want to pay $1200 new. Looking at used with the same shaft that I got fit for but will need to get them bent 2* upright
I'm not big on buying used clubs, mainly for the same reason I'd never buy a rental car. Find out how much it is going to cost you to get them bent. You'll probably also want to replace the grips too. When all is said and done, if you're only saving $100 bucks, I'd go new.
