Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

I think I’ve heard of them. They’re alright I guess.
People are super kind :) went to a diversity program there, but thought they were on hiring freeze?
I mean if you’re looking to do financial service work they are probably one of the best. Don’t get all the shade from A1
I guess just to provide a little perspective on the above comments:
1) yes, we have a number of insurance clients, but probably no more than any of MBB? Insurance certainly doesn’t dominate our work and if you don’t want to do it nobody is going to make you.
2) FS is a good portion of our work, but we do a lot in other industries (healthcare, aviation and transpiration, manufacturing, etc). The majority of my work has been non-FS related.
3) while it’s true we do a lot of quant work, there are plenty of projects that don’t require it. I’ve never built an extensive model in excel and I don’t really intend to do a ton of quant work during my time here.
Like many consulting firms, OW has certainly earned some of the general perceptions about it (e.g., strong in FS and quant), but they don’t tell the whole story about working here. Happy to answer any specific questions.
Tier 2. Fine but I heard a lot of their stuff is insurance heavy given they're owned by a large insurance company. Lack notoriety.
Not my thing personally
They are a very quant heavy shop.
No shade. Very good financial services firm, along with all of MMC (the brightest are prob the actuaries there). But for like strategy stuff it is not MBB by any means.
Super quant heavy so you better be good at stats and such.
