When negotiating salary, what’s the highest you’ve ever asked for and actually gotten it? Did asking for a crazy amount ever backfire on you?

What compensation could I expect at Deloitte Digital with 3yrs of Salesforce experience as a consultant in Chicago? Looking for ball park range to help with negotiations

1.What are different band levels in LTI?
2.Is senior specialist level above the manager level in terms of payscale/destination?
