Is our industry as competitive as some say? I see a lot of people saying this and I work with a bunch of hacks (myself included). It felt like a little while ago agencies were begging to hire new talent, and most couldn’t find new people. Is it really that hard to get a job at an agency? Maybe I’m just out of touch being in this career for so long.

One of my closest friends have become so incredibly negative and self obsessed with her petty problems lately. I feel like all I do everyday is listen to her whine and complain!
