A lot of knowledge on here so asking for some help. It’s my partner’s birthday and I’ve no idea what to buy him. He’s a watch fanatic - Pateks (sports and dress), Audemars (sports and dress), Rolex (sports), Omega (sports).

I’m obviously not buying him a watch for his birthday (in his dreams!) but any idea for some good accessories? He’s already got a PP watch winder, and has bought multiple nice straps for the dress watches. I’m completely lost.

I want out of healthcare so badly but as the sole wage earner in my family I cannot afford to start over in an entry level role in a new industry. I am so systemically exhausted I am struggling to translate my current skill-set to market myself into non- healthcare markets. When I say non- healthcare, I truly mean completely NOTHING to do with any direct clinical or patient related/facing anything. Anyone have any worda of wisdom or insight? Also, majority of existing projects are Risk, audit and compliance related or we are trying staff aug / managed service (outsource). Office may be inaugurated by 15th of August, Seating Capacity might be 250 as of now. For Audit Dept 50 seats will be there.
