Anyone know how much does Financial Advisor Associate make at Morgan Stanley? I’m seeing 71k base + 51k additional pay. I was offered a FAA position but right now but I just started as a Relationship banker at Chase 2 months ago. I’m in the process of getting my licenses at chase( series 6,63 and life and health). I just passed my SIE. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I am feeling like why I am doing this but at the same time want to best offers.
And also thinking how should I convey if I didn't join the company even after negotiating and asking for a counter offer based on another offer.

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role.
