Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

Is it weird that I get annoyed whenever my boss subtly implies that I should apply what I've learned in my graduate program to work? Being that the company didn't provide any type of tuition reimbursement nor did I receive any type of pay raise after completing my degree? I have a final round interview for a job I’m extremely excited for tomorrow. I have been at my current job since July (unicorn startup). I also have been on medical leave for about a month and a half due to surgery. My current job is also just not quite the right fit for me. I don’t want to get too far ahead of myself but if I get the job, I’m a little worried about how it would come across to my current one. This isn’t a place I care about burning bridges too much but still it isn’t great.

I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? Would it be a bad idea to say my availability changed and I can't do that time slot anymore? Or should I cancel / rebook my flight to later at night?
