Is it weird that I get annoyed whenever my boss subtly implies that I should apply what I've learned in my graduate program to work? Being that the company didn't provide any type of tuition reimbursement nor did I receive any type of pay raise after completing my degree? There are many other factors as to why I feel this way (no promotions in past couple of years, entire team leaving job, having conversations about growth opportunities but nothing becoming of it each time).

I’m in my 2nd year in audit. I want to pivot into management consulting within a big 4 or MBB. Has anyone seen someone make this lateral movement? I’m not sure how feasible that is and what steps to take. I’m also down to discuss further with whoever is comfortable in connecting.

Its been one week I haven't received any communication on that. When I called HR, she told that background check team will reach out to me over email or call in some days.

PwC A3 here in currently in PCS, but looking to make a transfer into ITS after spring busy season, as well as switch offices. What’s the best way to go about this? While my company is transferring me to Canada and can potentially get me back on L1 visa, the shifting situation is stressing me out.
