If people are getting fired from companies only.because they are on bench for more than 3 months, is it wise approach to switch with higher salary now?

Please list companies who are firing people or asking them to resign so that we get a fair idea of which company to join?

Does your firm find out why you failed a clearance ? Asking bc I got fired from my first job out of college a couple years ago and didn’t report it on it company background check.
