Does internal transfer happen in EY GDS service line? I am in International Tax and not liking it here just within a couple of months of joining. 01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.

I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.

Freshers are joining with much better pay than what I am getting and also got zero hike/bonus whatsoever this year. Is this happening everywhere or just at Deloitte USI?
Background: Working as an SFDC developer at Deloitte USI, campus hire, and completed my first year this August.

My focus is growth and somewhat WLB will do but not like working 12+ working hours everyday plus weekends is not something I am looking forward to. I am apprehensive of extreme work pressure of 14-16hours.
